• Wireless internet connection.
• Queen-size or King-size beds
• certain rooms have twin beds.

Each room Has :

• Ceiling fan
• Fridge
• Wall safe
• Heater
• Toaster
• Kettle with tea and coffee

Self-catering facilities:

We have 3 rooms with self-catering facilities, these rooms have fully-equipped kitchens.They are available for both  short and Long term occupancy.

 

Dawns special breakfast tray :

• Bread
• Muffin or Pastry of the day
• Butter and Jam
• Fresh Fruit
• Yoghurt
• Fruit Juice
• Cereal  and milk

is placed in each room to be eaten at your leisure.  A cooked breakfast can be arranged for larger groups or on special order.
